Hello, I'm

Radek I automate what slows you down

I help companies automate the work that slows them down and put AI where it actually pays off. Sixteen years of building software, nine of them on banking systems — the same standards, sized to your business.

I build banking systems. Then I automate the rest.

Since 2010 I've written software for organizations where an outage has a price tag. The last nine years have been banking without a break — an online banking application and a big data platform for an investment bank, integrations across Danish banking systems, and currently an American banking and financial services holding group operating worldwide. Before that: insurance, telecom, energy, and the public sector.

Underneath, it has always been the same job: making systems talk to each other. Apache Camel and IBM MQ moving messages between Danish banks. Kafka carrying events through an investment bank. An enterprise service bus holding an insurer together. n8n is a newer tool for an old problem — and the problem is what I actually know.

Banking taught me something the automation world often skips: a workflow that fails silently is worse than one that never ran. I've spent years in Splunk, ELK and Kibana finding out why something broke overnight. I build automations that tell you when they stop.

I still do that work — the automation practice runs alongside it. Right now that means n8n workflows, MCP servers that let AI assistants work directly with a company's own data and tools, and AI-assisted development with Claude and Windsurf. You get the same standards, sized to your business rather than to a bank's budget.

What I can build for you

I help businesses run more efficiently by automating repetitive tasks and connecting the tools they already use.

01

Process Automation

I design and build automation workflows using n8n. From simple notifications to multi-step processes spanning multiple systems.

02

System Integrations

I connect apps that don't talk to each other by default. APIs, webhooks, databases — whatever it takes to make your data flow automatically.

03

AI Implementation

I integrate AI into your workflows for document categorization, data extraction, content generation, and other tasks that consume too much of your time.

How we work together

A straightforward path from idea to working solution. No surprises.

1

Initial Contact

Send me a message describing your challenges. I'll review it and get back to you within one business day with my thoughts.

2

Proposal & Quote

I deliver a detailed proposal with scope and timeline. We discuss the approach and agree on terms before starting.

3

Build & Test

I build the solution and test it with real data. You get regular updates and can see progress as it happens.

4

Handover & Support

You receive documentation and training. I provide brief post-launch support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
